Prozactivity

I was 30 when the universe pulled the rug out from underneath my Father in a way that made me feel at fault. He had a flatline heart attack helping me do something I asked that he not help me do. My life tumbled for a while after that, but in the end, I found balance and a greater purpose in life. As everything stable fell away, at first writing, then music, became the foundation, the beacon, the North Star. I started writing it all down: the heart attack, his evolving condition, and its effect on my family. The manuscript is called Prozactivity in a nod to the prescribed solution to my problems. In the videos below, you can hear these stories in my voice with my music.
